Wellness doesn’t mean perfect health. We encourage one another, regardless of our health realities, to explore wellness.
We are inspired by Dan Buettner’s research as reflected in the Netflix doc “Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones“
Capital Church regularly hosts events that encourage us to live a healthier life. Supported by GPs, Nurses, and Health professionals, we are collaborating closely and accountable to the Health Department of the New Zealand Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Mums at the Table Health Expo
23 August 2026, 12 noon to 4pm
Our Health Expo is a gathering of experts available to share and chat with you, as well as short presentations throughout the day. Come for a while or stay for the afternoon. Fathers are welcome, as there will be a chance to chat with other dads about fatherhood. There will be a play room / creche, to enable moms and dads to fully enjoy the experience.
